I was flipping through old magazines, deciding what pages I wanted to keep, as I am really trying to discard of old things that are just taking up space...
Among my cleaning out, I found this AMAZING RECIPE! And the best part about it, is that is SO EASY and CHEAP to make!!!
If you don't like eggs, try it with potatoes ...
I have made this a couple times this summer so far, and it is SO DELICIOUS!!

Yum, sounds delicious! I love egg mixed with mayonnaise and a touch of curry powder served with gherkins to dip! Yum!
